The Vanue

Experience the sacred space of a brand new private villa surrounded by nature in the Black Forest, offering a hidden gem with breathtaking views of a romantic green valley. As one of the first guests, you’ll be able to relish the privacy and comfort of this cozy home.

Upon entering the vast private property, you’ll be greeted by endless greenery, open space, and fresh air. The gentle stream next to the property will wash away all the stress and busyness you may have brought with you upon arrival. It’s as if you’ve stepped into a world apart, where time stands still for a while. Come and find yourself!
Your room will be both comfortable and brand new, equipped with twin beds. Spread over two levels, the six rooms share three bathrooms, all of which are furnished with closets, towels, and bed sheets. Enjoy a glass of energized water and quiet moments on one of the communal outdoor terraces, overlooking the green valley. Take a leisurely walk through the vast garden, stop by the powerful stream that leads to the old Aichalder Mühle, or indulge in the aroma of the freshly baked pizza from the villa’s stone oven. Minimum twice during your stay, we prepare meals together, creating an opportunity to nourish our souls with fun and conversations. Every day, we offer fresh fruits, light lunches, and vegetarian or vegan dinners. YOUR JOURNEY OF Gaining back your power

We will commence our transition together with the new moon!

Check-in starts at 6 PM, where you will meet your fellow sisters. We will then open our sacred space together, set intentions for the retreat, and begin our first evening with a powerful new moon ceremony!

As you wake up, you can either enjoy an early coffee and breakfast or join our first morning session where you will experience meditation, breathwork, and gratitude practices, followed by a relaxed breakfast.

On the second day, you will let go of what no longer serves you. The morning gathering will prepare you for releasing all that no longer serves you, and in the evening, we will let it go together in a fire ceremony.

You can use the afternoon for reflection, connecting with your new friends, a sauna visit, or spending time in nature. In the evening, we will prepare dinner together and enjoy a campfire meal in the beautiful garden of the private villa.

We begin our day with a unique morning routine that allows you to explore various spiritual and coaching techniques and discover other practices that help you connect with yourself. Following a delightful communal breakfast and inspiring gathering, we’ll venture out into nature for a vibrant group experience.

After lunch, you’ll have some time to integrate your experiences before we come together for a water ceremony. In the evening, we’ll prepare dinner together, and there will be a surprise in store that I won’t reveal just yet.

Today is the day for your new self! After the usual morning routine, including breakfast and the check-in circle, we will go for a hike in nature. During the hike, you will have the opportunity to integrate all the different techniques, practices, and insights you have gained over the last few days. In the evening, we will have dinner at a nearby traditional restaurant.

We will begin the day with our morning routine, which is filled with a variety of different experiences, followed by a communal breakfast.

This day is all about fun and self-care! It’s time to celebrate and nourish yourself for the beautiful soul that you are. You can relax in the sauna, enjoy the large private balcony, take a walk along the beautiful stream, chat and connect with your fellow retreat attendees in nature, or simply take a nap on a sunbed. In the evening, we will indulge in our favorite pizzas, freshly baked in the stone oven, as we celebrate our transformations and the gift of life to the fullest!

As our retreat comes to a close, we’ll have one last morning routine and enjoy a communal breakfast together before gathering for a short closing ceremony.

Since you are now part of our women tribe, it’s not goodbye, but see you soon, sister! After the retreat, you will still be part of our WhatsApp group and have the opportunity to join monthly gatherings for women in the area.

The retreat officially ends on Friday at 11 am. If you would like to go on another hiking tour with some of your new friends before heading home, I would be happy to provide you with some recommendations!

I am grateful and happy that life brought me to several personal dead ends between 2012 and 2015, which led me to a point where I began to correct all the wrong decisions I had made in the past. Over the years, I found myself merely functioning, and drastic health issues forced me to make changes in my life. During this time, I had no idea what I wanted to do with my life or even what I loved. I tried hundreds of different techniques to regain control of my life, and I am thrilled to share the best shortcuts to a happy life that I have discovered with you.

In every area that helped me, I became a certified coach to share my wisdom with others. These areas include Life Coaching, Releasing Trapped Emotions, Yoga, Aromatherapy, Channeling, and Mental Expansion of Consciousness. Life Coaching was my starting point in overcoming my massive health issues, so I decided to learn from the best in this field. I completed a life coaching education at the Dr. Bock academy and became self-employed as a life coach in 2018. However, I soon realized that working with the conscious mind alone was not enough. While it is the right tool to define the right goals for yourself in life and develop an action plan, I missed the tools to conquer the subconscious mind. Our subconsciousness is the real driver of our lives, with more than 95% of our actions being driven by it. So, I focused on learning more about releasing blockages in the subconscious mind and became a certified emotion code practitioner after Dr. Bradley Nelson’s method. I help people release their blockages in the subconscious and unpack their emotional baggage, freeing them to think, act, and be the way they want to be.

After regaining my power, I quickly remembered my spiritual senses and focused on developing them. Today, I am a medium and love to help others strengthen their spiritual senses. As a general overview, we will gather for teaching sessions twice a day. The teachings are integrated in spirited group experiences, time in nature and ceremonies. All meals except one dinner be at the private villa.

If you would like to be matched with a roommate, please let me know, and I will do my best to pair you with someone else who is also seeking a roommate. Keep in mind that the rooms are equipped with double beds.

In case there is no one to pair you with, your room will be considered a single, and an additional single-occupancy supplement will be added to your retreat fee.

Yes, I would love to welcome you in your camper or small van. You are able to join the retreat, use all the facilities and use your own bed in the van or camper. You will find this option in the registration process!

Of course not! You know what’s best for yourself. So it’s up to you if you don’t want to join an activity or a teaching.

Yes, of course! Just let me know in advance, minimum 2 weeks before the retreat starts.

Yes, I always highly recommend travel insurance that includes trip cancellation and medical coverage. Be sure to read the fine print, as policies can differ greatly.

While you’re at it, be sure to confirm with your travel insurance provider what Covid-19-related issues are covered and to what extent.

Plan for comfortable and laid back. You will not be needing anything dressy, so leave those beautiful high heels at home. Please bring a yoga mat or any other mat you are able to use to practice yoga and meditation outside. Bring a journal so you can journal daily on your thoughts, insides and take some notes.

Since there’s a good chance of some rain, you might want to include something moderately warm, like a sweater, that could be topped off with a raincoat and sturdy, water-repellent walking shoes.

The retreat is officially over at 11 am on Friday. Since it is a private villa which is regularly fully booked there’s no possibility to extend your stay in the private villa. If you want to stay longer in the Black Forest for sure you will find a beautiful small hotel, guesthouse or other accommodation.

Yes, you will be able to stay connected with your loved ones. Wifi is available in the private villa.

The more you can disconnect from your life back home, the better the impact of this transformational experience, so please plan to be “off the grid” as much as possible.
